Billy Lows,82, of Milan died on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati.

Billy was born in Milan on May 1, 1940, to Leonard Wilson and Nelda Teaney Lows. He graduated from Milan with the Class of 1959. Billy was employed at H Belmer Company in Cincinnati.

Billy is survived by his children: Tammy Price, Lesa Lows, Terry Lows, and Billy Lows Jr. ; ten grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren. Billy was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Ronald and Larry Lows.

Cremation was chosen and there are no public services. Burial in St. Paul Cemetery will take place at a later time.
