Bonnie Lois Story, age 68, of Centerville, and formerly of Connersville, Indiana, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 24, 2014 surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Jackson County, Kentucky on January 2, 1946 to Delbert and Irene (Carpenter) Rader. She was united in marriage to Donald E. Story on February 11, 1995 and he survives. She retired from the former Visteon plant after 30 years. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening and fishing. She also loved her pet dogs, Taz and Little Bit, and of course taking care of her hummingbirds. Those surviving who will honor Bonnie's memory include her husband, Donald Story; children, Martina (Rick) Chomel, Marcus Isaacs, Cassandra Messer, Marie (Darrin) Moore and Greg Isaacs, all of Connersville. Bonnie was also the proud grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Others surviving include; sister, Nina (BB) Isaacs, brothers, Donnie (Susie) Rader and Dwight (Joretta) Rader, all of Jackson County, KY, sister Emellee Hall of Harrison County, KY, and Wanda Lou (Tim) Higginbotham of Jackson, MS. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Danny D. Rader and brother-in-law Wayne Hall. Visitation for friends and family is Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 929 Main Street, Brookville. At 11 a.m. on Friday, Lester Rose of Park Road Christian Church in Connersville, will officiate the funeral service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Brookville.
