Bridget M. McCabe, age 53, of Sunman, Indiana, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2013 at her residence. She was born December 19, 1959 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana to Emmett and Flora Noble Clark. Bridget had been a certified nurse assistant for Delta Nursing Home in Lake Placid, Florida as well as Shady Nook Nursing Home in Lawrenceburg. She married James McCabe in Covington, Kentucky on December 19, 1986 and he survives. She was a member of Eagles Lodge in Batesville and enjoyed bingo, fishing and traveling. Those left to honor Bridget's memory include her husband, James McCabe; daughter, Alicia Walters of Arcadia, FL, step-daughter, Terra Kirkpatrick (William) of Cleves, OH, step-sons James D. McCabe of Indianapolis, and Mark D. McCabe of Cleves, OH; 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; two sisters, Debbie Clark of Cincinnati, and Shawn Murphy of Lawrencebug; and one brother, Robert Danehey of Milan, as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Angelique Wilkins.Visitation will be Friday, November 29, 2013 from 5-7 PM at Cook Funeral Home, 107 Vine Street, Sunman.
