Ceattie Shoemaker, 74, of Brookville, Indiana died Monday, December 21, 2009 at the Brookville Healthcare Center in Brookville, Indiana. She was born in Hazard, Kentucky on November 2, 1935 to Arminia Sedam and Joe Feltner. She married Albert J. Shoemaker on December 8, 1951. He preceded her in death on June 23, 2009. She worked as a homemaker and was a member of the Plum Grove Pentecostal Church. She is survived by six Children including her Daughter and Son-in-law, Wanda and Troy Transier of Modoc, Indinaa; Daughter and Son-in-law, Ann and Butch Reiner of Bath, Indiana; Son and Daughter-in-law, Paul and Betty Shoemaker of Metamora, Indiana; Son and Daughter-in-law, Charles and Susie Shoemaker of Metamora, Indiana; Son and Daughter-in-law, Robert and Brenda Shoemaker of Brookville, Indiana; and Son, Mark Shoemaker of Brookville, Indiana; 17 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great, Great Grandchildren; and many Nieces and Nephews.In addition to her Parents and her Husband, Rev. Albert J. Shoemaker, she was preceded in death by her Daughter, Anita Shoemaker.Visitation will be Thursday, December 24, 2009 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at Cook Funeral Home, 929 Main Street, Brookville, Indiana 47012. The Funeral Service will immediately follow beginning at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, December 24, 2009 at the Funeral Home. Charles Nolty and Henry Weaver will officiate. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville, Indiana. Memorial donations may be directed to the family to assist with expenses.Family members will serve as Pallbearers.
