Charles William Meyer, 85, died November 9th, 2010 at the Clinton House nursing home in Frankfort, Indiana.He was born April 25th, 1925 in Brookville, Indiana to Joseph and Mae (Cooksey) Meyer.He married Anna Lee Acra on October 11th, 1952 at the First Christian Church in Harrison, Ohio.He was a lifetime farmer and also drove a school bus for many years. He served in the US Army during World War II.Survivors include his wife Anna L. Meyer, Daughter and son in law- Angela and Jerry Heath of Scircleville, Indiana, a son- Darrell Meyer of Cincinnati, Ohio, sister- Helen Wilhelm of Connersville, Indiana, brothers- Harold Meyer of Aurora, Indiana and Donald Meyer of Brookville, Indiana.He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers- Arnold and Marvin Meyer.A Graveside service will take place at Big Cedar Cemetery near Whitcomb, Indiana on Friday, November 19th at 11:00 AM with Military Honors by Bernard Hurst Post #77 of Brookville.Memorials may be directed to Guardian Angel Hospice c/o Angela Heath, 11040 E.
