Chester Lee "Chet" Jackson, of Sunman, Indiana, was born on June 2, 1962 in Batesville, Indiana, the son of Chester Lee Sr., and Anette Amburgy Jackson. He married Linda Berger on March 4, 1994 in Versailles, Indiana, and she survives. Chet worked at Batesville Casket for 14 years, and in his spare time loved to fish, BBQ, play cards, and spend time with his family. On Monday, November 23, 2015, at the age of 53, Chet passed away at his residence.
Those surviving who will honor Chet's memory include his wife, Linda; daughter, Tasha Huddleson of Greensburg; 4 grandchildren; mother, Annette Jenkins of Batesville; sister, Sherry (Wayne) Byrd of Brookville; step-son, Owen (Erin) Rodmaker of Seattle, WA; step-daughter, Amy (Tim) Granger of Conway, SC, and nephew Brooks Dobbs of Brookville. He was preceded in death by his son, Chester "Buddy" Jackson, and step-daughter, Melissa Rodmaker.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, November 27, 2015 from 11:30 a.m. to time of services at 1:30 p.m. at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home, 107 Vine Street, Sunman. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery, Sunman.
