Donald A. Riehle, was born on May 30, 1943, in Batesville, Indiana, a son to Anthony and Lorena Wiwi Riehle.  He worked for many years as a telephone lineman and in his spare time enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors and watching NASCAR.  His Catholic faith was important to him, and he attended Mass religiously.  On May 8, 2023, Don passed away at the age of 79.

Survivors include siblings, Clifford (Alice) Riehle, Rita (Melvin) Schutte, Audrey Hornberger, Delores (Tony) Ripperger, Ralph Riehle, Richard Riehle as well as several nieces and nephews.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Agnes Clark and a brother, Harold.

Fr. Shaun Whittington will officiate a Mass of Christian burial on Thursday, May 25th at 11 am at St. Nicholas Catholic Church followed by burial in the church cemetery.  Friends may show their support for the family from 9:30-10:30 am at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home, 107 Vine Street, Sunman.
