Dorothy Marie (Sinclair) Farfsing, age 82 of Milan, passed away Friday, April 21, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Lawrenceburg. She was born January 2, 1941 to John and Mary Sutton Sinclair in Cincinnati. After attending Walnut Hills High School, she married and spent her life as a homemaker. In 1990 she married her husband Donald Farfsing in Versailles. Dorthy was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church in Milan.

Dorothy loved the small things that nature offers, watching birds and collecting butterflies. She enjoyed sewing, painting and anything to do with crafts. Her biggest enjoyment in life was spending time with her family.

Dorothy is survived by her husband of 32 years, Donald. Five children: Rick Henry of Versailles, Tina Sherman of Cincinnati, Velvet Muddiman of Delhi, Kimberly (Kenneth Simpson) Hammonds of Cincinnati, Jennifer (Art) Graham of Fairfield; three stepchildren: Ted (Michelle) Farfsing of Kentucky, Lawrence (Paula Briere) Farfsing of North Bend, Kathy (Adolfo) Murillo of Kentucky; 18 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and one sister, Rosemary McAdams of Norwood. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Johnny Sinclair.

Visitation will take place Thursday April 27, 2023, 9:30 to 11:30 am at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home – 107 Vine St. Sunman. Funeral procession will follow visitation to St. Charles Catholic Church – 213 Ripley St. Milan for a 12:00 pm Mass with Fr. Whittington. Burial will take place immediately after at St. Pius Catholic Cemetery – 7924 N. County Road 500 E. Sunman. Memorial contributions can be directed to St. Jude Childrens Hospital, St. Charles Catholic Church or St. Pius Cemetery.
