Dorothy M. Vogelsang, 77, of Weisburg, Indiana died Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at Dearborn County Hospital in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.She was born February 25, 1933 in Ripley County, Indiana to William and Matilda (Bohl) Zimmer.She married Charles S. Vogelsang on July 7, 1950 in New Alsace, Indiana. He preceded her in death on July 10, 2006.She previously worked for Pripak in Aurora, Indiana and Naas Food in Sunman, Indiana as a filler operator. She was a lifelong member of St. John Lutheran Church in Hubbells Corner.Survivors include Daughter, Kathy (Ray) Jenner Duty of Greensburg, Indiana; Son, Tom Vogelsang of Sunman, Indiana; Grandsons, Evan and Neil Jenner; Great-Grandchildren, Brody, Haley, & Zachary Jenner; two Brothers, Bill Zimmer of Brookville, Indiana and Les Zimmer of Ft. Wayne, Indiana.She was preceded in death by her Parents, William & Matilda Zimmer and her Husband, Charles S. Vogelsang.The visitation will be Saturday, September 18, 2010 from 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon at St. John Lutheran Church in Hubbells Corner. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 Noon at the Church. Rev. Jeremy G. Russell, Pastor of Emanuel Lutheran Church in Greendale, Indiana, will officiate. Burial will follow in the Evangelical Union Cemetery in Hubbells Corner.
