Florence E. Brown, 88, of Liberty, Indiana died Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at her residence. She was born October 27, 1921 in Dayton, Ohio to Richard and Lula Belle (Jackson) Sprow.She married Walter H. Brown, Sr. on September 19, 1938. He preceded her in death on June 26, 2010. She was a homemaker and also worked at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She was a member of St. Thomas Lutheran Church in Brookville, Indiana. Survivors include Daughter and Son-in-law, Janet and Jim Payne of Cambridge City, Indiana; Daughter, Betty Petticrew of Germantown, Ohio and her special friend, Loyse Brandenburg of West Carrolton, Ohio; Daughter and Son-in-law, Carolyn and Larry Hofer of Bath, Indiana; Son and Daughter-in-law, Walter H. and Vicki Brown, Jr. of Connersville, Indiana; Son and Daughter-in-law, David and Kathy Brown of Liberty, Indiana; Daughter and Son-in-law, Becky and Harold Coker of Harveysburg, Ohio; Daughter and Son-in-law, Patty and Chip Rudiciel of Liberty, Indiana; and Son and Daughter-in-law, Edward and Judy Brown of Liberty, Indiana; and 21 Grandchildren, 23 Great-Grandchildren, and 7 Great, Great-Grandchildren.In addition to her Husband, Walter Brown, and her Parents, Richard and Lula Belle Sprow, she was preceded in death by her Brother, Wilbur Sprow.The visitation will be Friday, October 22, 2010 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Cook Funeral Home, 929 Main Street, Brookville, Indiana. The funeral service will be Saturday, October 23, 2010 at 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Missionary, Mike Roberts, will officiate. Burial will follow in Sims Cemetery in New Fairfield, Indiana.Her Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.Memorial donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
