Frank Delano Lewis, 82, of Hobe Sound, Florida, formerly of Indiana, died on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Frank was born in Indiana on May 18, 1940, to Samuel and Minta Russell Lewis. Following graduation from high school, Frank served his country by joining the U.S. Air Force. During Frank's life, he was employed as an engineer in hospital settings. Frank lived a full life in California before retiring to Indiana and Florida. In his younger years, he loved flying and then took up antique cars. After retiring, he kept busy gardening and being a snowbird between states.

Frank is survived by a brother: JC Lewis; two sisters: Lois M. Craft and Wanda Hebel; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins throughout the country. Frank was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters: Juanita Lewis, Opal Schweir, Loretta Vogel, and Jean Newton; two brothers: Elmer and Robert Lewis.

A public graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Little Memory Cemetery ~ County Road 1150 North ~ Sunman, IN. Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home assisted the family with the arrangements.
