Frank H. Stallo, of Brookville, was born on July 25, 1964, in Cincinnati, Ohio a son to Edward and Wilma Tobergta Stallo.  He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. On Friday, December 6, 2024, at the age of 60, he passed away unexpectedly at his residence.

Survivors include his siblings Ron (Terry) Stallo, Donald (Barb) Stallo, Barbara (Steven) Anderson and Nancy Pierce, all of Brookville.  He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, one stepson, George Neville and two stepdaughters, Kelly and Nichole Neville.  He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ed Stallo, Jr.
