Gene S. Hornberger, 54, of Batesville, Indiana, died May 6, 2013, at his residence.He was born June 19, 1958 in Cincinnati, Ohio, to James and Evelyn (Dierckman) Hornberger. Gene is survived by his children; Ryan (Sue) Hornberger of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Brady Hornberger of Batesville, Indiana; mother, Evelyn Hornberger of Lawrenceville; grandchildren, Cena and Zachary Hornberger; and sister Tracy (Randy) Stenger of St. Leon and a niece, Kelsey Stenger.
