Gerald C. "Jerry" Kuntz, of Harrison, Ohio was born on January 10, 1956, in Batesville, Indiana, a son to Lloyd and Delores Schuler Kuntz. Jerry married Karen Deffner on May 30, 1981, and she survives. He was a bricklayer for many years and after retirement he loved farming on his land in Franklin County and spending time with his grandkids.  Jerry was a member at St. John the Baptist in Harrison and the Brookville K of C.  On Thursday, August 10, 2023, at the age of 67, Jerry passed away.

Those surviving who will cherish Jerry's memory include his wife, Karen; two daughters, Kristina (Adam) Kreamelmeyer, and Ashley (Tyler) Kuntz-Martin; grandchildren, Grady, Davin, Trevor, Lawson and one grandson on the way; siblings, Marilyn (Larry) Rosenberger, Carolyn (David) Hoff, Kenneth (Evy) Kuntz, Gary (Mary Jane) Kuntz, Robert Kuntz, Tom (Gail) Kuntz, and Debbie Davis. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Kuntz, and two sisters, Viola Massie and Evelyn Kolter.
