Helen "Katie" L. Foster, age 67, of Brookville, IN died Tuesday, April 9th, 2013 at her residence. She was born February 17, 1946 in Laurel, Indiana, to Leslie and Stella Hunter Pierce. She loved fishing and was an avid sports fan of both the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals. Left to honor Helen's memory is brothers, Carl (Geraldine) Pierce of Brookville, Lester Lee Pierce of Columbia, Kentucky; sister, Connie J. Isaacs of Brookville; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Kenneth J. Foster, and sister, Judith A. Hamilton. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 15 at 1 p.m. Visitation for friends and family will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home, Brookville, IN.
