Ivey Marsee, 82, Passed away January 27th, at the residence of her Granddaughter Tina Godsey.Residing near Metamora, Indiana she was a farmer who enjoyed her gardens, sewing quilts, hunting mushrooms, being outdoors and spending time with her Grandchildren. She was born in Williamsburg, Kentucky on January 10, 1930 to Lloyd and Annie ( Creekmore ) Prewitt and she was married to John Marsee who preceded her in deathHer family includes her daughters - Mary Smith of Richmond, Indiana and Patricia ( Monte ) Kelly of Cheyenne, Wyomimg also a son - Johnnie ( Sandra ) Marsee of Panama City, Florida. Her Grandchildren include Tina ( Jack ) Godsey, Lisa ( Bill ) Baker, Rebecca ( Corey ) Shaffer, Robert ( Melissa ) Smith, Shelly ( Steve ) Allen and Amberly Kelly and Joshua, jonathan and Jennifer Marsee; Great Grandchildren - John, Amanda and jacob Godsey; Bill ( Jessie ) Baker, Jessica Mays; Megan,Kayley and Madison Smith; Blaine and Eric Allen and Ivey Marseeaswell as 8 Great, Graet Grandchildren also a Sister - Mary Jo Shopmeyer of Hamilton, Ohio and a Brother - Lloyd Prewitt, Jr. of Hamilton, Ohio She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Sister- Diane Hall, Brother- Edgar Prewitt, Son-in-law- Rolla Smith, Grandson- Master Sgt.
