Jane A. Renaker, 87, of Brookville, Indiana died Monday, December 28, 2009 at her daughter's home in Michigan.She was born December 3, 1922 in Van Wert, Ohio to Elmer and Peg (Burkhardt) Quiggle. She married Allan F. Renaker on January 24, 1942 and they moved to Brookville in 1956. He preceded her in death on March 21, 1984.The Renaker's were the owner's of the Brook Hill Golf Club. She was there seven days a week and found immense joy in greeting the club's golfers. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Victory Chapter and she was also a member of the Easter Star, the Delta Theta Tau Sorority, and the Brookville United Methodist Church.Surviors include three Children: Daughter and Son-in-law, Carol and Roy Johnson of Richland, Michigan; Daughter, Joyce Campbell of Lowville, New York; Son and Daughter-in-law, Steve and Elaine Renaker of Columbus, Ohio; and 8 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great, Great Grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her Husband and her Parents.The visitation will be Wednesday, December 30, 2009 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Cook Funeral Home, 929 Main Street, Brookville, Indiana. The Funeral Service will be Thursday, December 31, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Wade Urban will officiate. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville, Indiana.Memorials may be directed to the Brook Hill Golf Club Junior Golf Program or to the Brookville High School Scholarship Fund.Pallbearers are Troy Johnson, Brian Herbert, Brent Murrell, Wes Widdows, Dave Chaddon, Dan Chaddon, Andy Anderson and Charles Mason. Honorary Pallbearers are Marvin Handley, David Barrett, Dale Deffner, and Jim Brunner.
