Janie Howard,59 of Laurel, passed away at her residence on April 16th.Janie was born in Batesville on May 28, 1952 to Russell Quinlan and Elizabeth Wingler Quinlan. She married Bill Howard on January 17, 1970 and he survives. She loved her family, especially her Grandchildren, crossword puzzles and humming birds.Survivors include her husband - William 'Bill' Howard Daughters - Lesley ( Joey ) Rasnick of Brookville, IN BJ ( Mark ) Drewes of New Palestine, IN 6 Grandchildren - Erika and Kyra Rasnick Haley, Sarah, Jack and Brooklyn Drewes, Sisters and Brothers - Nancy Baize, John Quinlan, Mary Bruns, Richard Quinlan and Roger Quinlan all of Brookville. Visitation on Thursday, April 19 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Cook Funeral Home - Brookville.Funeral Service on Friday, April 20 at the Funeral Home and starting at 10:00 AM with burial following.
