Jason Michael Myers, 34 of Milan, Indiana passed away Monday, August 27, 2012 after a courageous battle with brain cancer.He was born on December 20, 1977 to William and Sandra (Wegman) Myers in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jason was a 1996 graduate of East Central High School and married Tonya Agapie on June 20, 1998 at Bright Presbyterian Church. He was a construction project manager and most recently owned and operated Myers Properties and Development.Jason had a passion for life in general, but his many interests included snow skiing, boating and wake boarding, and playing poker. He was an avid soccer player, having earned the EIAC MVP Soccer title in 1996 and enjoyed coaching his children as well. He skied National Mogul Races and was captain of Jason's Joggers for the UC Brain Tumor Walk. He was also a member of St. Pius Catholic Church.Those surviving Jason include his parents William and Sandi Myers of Bright, Indiana; his wife, Tonya, son Alex and daughter Haley, of Milan, Indiana; sister Susan and brother-in-law Jason Hill of Southern Pines, North Carolina.Visitation will be Saturday, September 1, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at St. Pius Catholic Church, Milan, Indiana. Funeral mass will be officiated at 2:30 by Father Frank Eckstein, followed by a Christian burial at St. Pius Cemetery. Friends are welcome to join the family in a Celebration of Life for Jason following at St. Pius Hall.
