Kenneth M. Ferman, 73, of Metamora, passed away Monday, September 30, 2013 at Ridgewood Health Campus in Lawrenceburg. He was born October 4, 1939 in Clay County Kentucky, the son of Steve and Nannie Ely Ferman. Kenneth was a military veteran, serving his country in the U.S. Navy. He was self-employed as a truck driver, and enjoyed playing golf and his family. Those surviving left to honor Kenneth's memory include; daughters, Teresa Ruf of Greensburg, Dianne Stine of Nashville, TN, and Joyce James of Indianapolis; son, Scott Ferman of Metamora; 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.Visitation for friends and family will be Wednesday, October 2, 2013 from 4-8 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 929 Main Street, Brookville, and again on Thursday, October 3, 2013 from 10 a.m. until service time of 11 a.m. at Trinity Gospel Holiness Church, Metamora. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with military honors provided by the Bernard Hurst #77 American Legion.
