Leitha M. Weber, 85, of Sunman, Indiana, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2012 at her residence. She was born May 20, 1927 to Chester Shazer and Alma Manlief. Leitha married Duane H. Weber on June 9, 1957 at Sunman Community Church, and he survives. She worked at Peoples Bank and Trust in Sunman for 13 years, but was probably best known as owner of Shazer's Clothing Store of Sunman from 1951 to 1991. After retiring, she worked as secretary, treasurer, and bookkeeper for Daune Weber Incorporated, and served as the discipline officer on bus #66. She was very active in her community and was a member of the Sunman Community Church and the Sunman Bible Church. She also served on the Board of the Sunman Area Food Pantry, taught Sunday School and Bible School, and served as an Outreach Witness. Besides her husband of 55 years, Duane H. Weber, survivors include; daughter and son-in-law Pam and Tony DeLisle of Sunman, and grandson, Christopher DeLisle of Nashville, Tennessee. Leitha was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation for friends and family will be from 4 to 8p.m., Friday, December 14, 2012 at Cook Funeral Home, 107 Vine Street, Sunman and Saturday, December 15, 2012 from 10 to 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Methodist Church, Sunman, Indiana. Dr. Sterling L.
