Lincoln "Tank" Harrison, 87, of Brookville, Indiana died Monday, February 15, 2010 at the Brookville Healthcare Center.He was born March 21, 1922 in Chestnut Flat, Kentucky to Allen Harrison, Sr., and Dema (Lainhart) Harrison. He married Bernice Thomas on April 19, 1941 in McKee, Kentucky. He was a retired Miner and also a Retired employee of Paul H. Rohe & Company. He attended the Family Worship Center in Blooming Grove, Indiana.Survivors include his Wife, Bernice Harrison; five Daughters, Vera Edwards of Richmond, Indiana, Linda Truett of McKee, Kentucky, Joyce Neeley of Tyner, Kentucky, Charlena Jackson of Amelia, Ohio, and Deanna Wilson of Laurel, Indiana; two Sons, George Harrison of Metamora, Indiana, Harold Harrison of Brookvile, Indiana; 21 Grandchildren; 26 Great Grandchildren; one Sister, Lois McKinney of Tyner, Kentucky; and three Brothers, Burnard Harrison, Elmo Harrison, and Allen Harrison, Jr., all of Connersville, Indiana. In addition to his Parents he was preceded in death by his Son, Troy Harrison; his Daughter, Imogene Metcalf; 2 Grandchildren; and 8 Sisters and Brothers.The Visitation will be Thursday, February 18, 2010 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Cook Funeral Home, 929 Main Street, Brookville, Indiana 47012. The Funeral Service will immediately follow beginning at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Rev. Tom Marshall, Pastor of the Family Worship Center, will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville.Memorial donations may be directed to the Leukemia Foundation.Family members will serve as Pallbearers.
