Marta K. Moore, 58, of Connersville, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Reid Hospital in Ricmond.She was born November 3, 1953 in Batesville, to George and Virgie (Flannery) Moore.She was formerly employed at Bear Creek Boy Scout Camp, Philco-Ford and G-Com.Survivors include Adopted Sister and care-giver Geneva Gabbard of Connersville, Sisters- Judy (Denzel) Rose of Connersville, Phyllis Robinson of Connersville, and her beloved cat- Sherman, as well as 1 niece and 5 nephews and several Great Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.She was preceded in death by her Parents, Sister- Ruth Kidd-Martis and 3 infant Brothers.Visitation is Wednesday, March 14 from 11:00AM to 2:00PM at Cook Funeral Home, with funeral service immediately after visitation .Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
