Patricia Ann Moorman, 81, of Sunman, Indiana, passed away Friday, September 20, 2013 at her residence. She was born September 7, 1932 to Carl Braun and Lillian Stoll Braun in Cincinnati, OH. Patricia married Virgil Moorman on February 10, 1962 at Resurrection Church in Cincinnati. Prior to having children, she worked at OK Trucking in Cincinnati as a secretary. She was a member of St. Nicholas Church in Sunman and enjoyed reading, traveling, and puzzles. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Those surviving who will honor Patricia's memory include; her loving husband of over 51 years, Virgil Moorman; children, Jim (Holly) Moorman of Chicago, IL, Pam (Dan) Eckstein of Sunman, Rick (Rhonda) Moorman of Sunman, Bill (Terrica) Moorman of Batesville, and Mitzi (Joe) Dwenger of Sunman; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Noble and Eileen Paff of Cincinnati; and sister-in-law, Rita Murray of Cincinnati. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Carl Braun, and sister Rita Kreutzer. Visitation for friends and family will be from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 with Rosary beginning at 3:45. A Mass of Christian burial will be Wednesday, September 25 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Sunman at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
