Paul R. Jenkins, of Milan, was born on December 24, 1939 in Kentucky, a son to Clarence and Beatrice Huff Jenkins, Sr.  He married Phyllis Collins and she preceded him in death on July 26, 2016.  Paul was a truck driver most of his life. On Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at the age of 80, he passed away at the Waters of Dillsboro.

Survivors include one brother, Clarence Jenkins, Jr., and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.  Besides his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.

Charlie Combs will officiate the funeral service on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at 12 noon at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home, 107 Vine Street, Sunman.  Burial will follow in Little Memory Church Cemetery.
