Obituary

Pauline B. Peters, age 92, of Richmond and formerly of Peppertown, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2015 at Sterling House in Richmond. Born January 27, 1923 in East Bernstad, Kentucky she was the daughter of Bradley and Fannie Peters Chandler. Pauline was a member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church and a former member of Buena Southern Missionary Baptist Church. She was a homemaker her entire life and she enjoyed gardening, quilting and her family. Those surviving who will honor Pauline's memory include sons, Roney (Pam) Creech of Richmond, and Tom (Margaret) Creech of Greensburg; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, and brother, Marvin (Georgie) Chandler of London, KY. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Ernest Creech and Leonard Peters; son, Bob Hurley; daughter, Donna Roberts, and several brothers and sisters. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, April 23, 2015 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home, 929 Main Street, Brookville. Pastor Rob Edwards and Pastor Martin Holman will celebrate Pauline's life on Friday with services beginning at 1:30 p.m.at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.
