Phyllis Mounce, of Brookville, was born on November 6, 1939 in Lancaster, KY, a daughter to William and Lillian Pendelton Foley.  She was married to the late Robert Mounce and together they raised three sons. Phyllis was fortunate and was able to stay home and be a homemaker.  On Sunday, November 10, 2019 at the age of 80, Phyllis passed away at home.

Those surviving who will cherish Phyllis' memory include three sons, Ronald (Beverly) Mounce of Georgia, Jeffrey (Linda) Mounce of Wisconsin, and James Mounce of Brookville; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Frieda and Joanne. Besides her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Mounce, and one sister, June.
