Randy Lee Goodpaster, of Dunedin, Florida, formerly of Sunman, was born April 15, 1961, the son of Gilbert H. and Norma Combs Goodpaster.   Randy was self-employed, and had many passions outside of his work.  He greatly enjoyed the outdoors, especially when he could hunt or fish.  He was a fan of many sports and attended baseball games and hockey matches regularly.  He was also devoted to his Church – the Little Memory Old Regular Baptist Church in Sunman.  Randy passed away on Monday, August 21, 2017, at his home in Florida.

Randy's memory will be cherished by many, including his mother, Norma Goodpaster; and his siblings, Pam Goodpaster and Gary D. Goodpaster, both of Milan; his nieces, Robyn Williams and Valerie Goodpaster; and nephews, Bill Dixon, Shawn Dixon, and James Goodpaster.  Randy was preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Goodpaster; a sister, Barbara (David) Gordon; and a nephew, David Gordon, Jr.

Friends may pay their final respects along with the family on Sunday, August 27, 2017, at Little Memory Old Regular Baptist Church in Sunman.  Pastors Charles Combs and Bill Halcomb will officiate the service which will begin at 10:00 a.m.  Burial will follow in the Little Memory Cemetery.
