Rose M. Bulick, 82, of Sunman, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2013 at Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville.She was born February 23, 1931 in St. Pius, Indiana to Henry and Laura Stahle Billman. Her husband, John Bulick, preceded her in death on November 2, 1994. Rose was a farmer's wife and homemaker. She was a member of the St. Pius Altar Society and St. Pius Catholic Church. Rose enjoyed playing bingo and being outdoors. She was also known for her beautiful handmade quilts. Those left to honor Rose's memory include her daughters, Debra (Andrew) Johnson, Connie (Ken) Bradley) and Tina Pevlor, all of Sunman; 7 grandchildren, Chad Bradley, Andy Johnson, Travis Johnson, Mandy Calvert, Lora Stoneking, Kayla Rutledge and David Johnson; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Lawrence (Pauline) Billman of Osgood, sister-in-law Bea McMillan of Milan, and brother-in-law Tom Bulick of Brownstown, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Visitation for friends and family is from 9-10:30 a.m., Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Cook Funeral Home, 107 Vine Street, Sunman. Rosary will be prayed at 8:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian burial, officiated by Father Frank Eckstein, at St. Pius Catholic Church is at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Pius Cemetery Association, the Firing Squad of the Sunman American Legion, or for masses.
