Tegan Rowan Stryker, age 25, of Brookville, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015. Born on November 22, 1989 in Edgewood, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Bill Heckler and Amy Miles. Tegan enjoyed working at Horseshoe Casino prior to her illness. Those surviving who will cherish her memory include her mother and step-father, Amy and Kevin Miles of Brookville; sister, Nicole Heckler of Walton, KY; aunt, Jennifer Miles of Covington, KY, and other relatives, friends, and members of the LGBT. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Harold and Evelyn Miles, who were very special to her, and an aunt, Thelma Miles.
