Terry L. Crouch, 51, of Liberty, Indiana died Thursday, April 22, 2010 at Reid Hospital and Health Care Services in Richmond, Indiana.He was born January 16, 1959 in Saltlick, Kentucky to Chester and Nellie (Norris) Crouch.Survivors include three Children, Timothy Lane Crouch, Terry William Crouch, 2nd, and Shane Ferrell, all of Liberty; two Grandchildren, Havana Dawn Ferrell and Candice Michelle Ferrell; Brother, Paul Crouch of Brookville; three Sisters, Mary McGlothen of Everton ,IN, Rosetta Faye Carter of Lake Walls, Florida, and Phyllis Dyer of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; and several Nieces and Nephews.The Visitation will be Sunday, April 25, 2010 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at Cook Funeral Home, 929 Main Street, Brookville, Indiana 47012. The Funeral Service will be Monday, April 26, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Jesse Metcalf will officiate. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville ,Indiana.
