Thelma E. "Teddy" Hoff, 92, of Brookville, Indiana, passed away Sunday, August 18, 2013 at her residence.She was born July 22, 1921 to Charles Dudley, Sr. and Elizabeth Renyer in Union County. Thelma married John Edwin Hoff at St. Michael Catholic Church in Brookville on April 8, 1972 and he preceded her in death on December 1, 1984. She worked at Capitol Dry Cleaners in Oxford for a number of years and was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing cards, quilting and embroidery. Those surviving who will honor Thelma's memory include; sister, Melvina Wiwi of Liberty; brother, Harold Dudley and sister, Pat Dudley, both of College Corner, Indiana; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Fern Wiwi and Annabel Pohlar; and brother, Charles Dudley, Jr. Visitation for friends and family will be from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, August 23, 2013 and 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Cook Funeral Home, 929 Main Street, Brookville. A mass of Christian burial will follow Saturday morning at 10:30 at St. Michael Catholic Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
