Tisha L. "Punkin" Baize, 38, of Brookville, Indiana died unexpectedly at her residence on Monday, November 30, 2009.She was born in Connersville, Indiana on July 24, 1971 Nancy Quinlan Baize and the late Thomas C. "Pee Wee" Baize. She enjoyed playing bingo, babysitting, and being with all of her pets. She especially loved spending time with her daughter and she was also a big Jeff Gordon fan. She formerly worked as a waitress, a job she very much enjoyed.Survivors include her Daughter, Shelby Bell of Brookville, Indiana; Mother, Nancy Baize of Brookville; Sister and Brother-in-law, Janeen and Steve Robertson of Shandon, Ohio; Brother and Sister-in-law, Timothy and Kay Baize of Cabot, Arkansas; four Nieces, Danitza Spivey Sailor, Abby Robertson, Nicole Baize, and Sheena Willis; two Nephews, Richard Spivey and Steven Roberston; Several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Special Friends; and four very special children in her life that she loved dearly, Alison and Austin Bruns and Kenna and Kaylee Bell, and they loved her. In addition to her Father she was preceded in death by a Sister, Melissa Baize Spivey, Grandmother, Elizabeth Quinlan Back, and an Uncle, Michael Quinlan.Visitation will be Thursday, December 3, 2009 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Cook Funeral Home, 929 Main Stree, Brookville, Indiana 47012. The Funeral will be Friday, December 4, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Mark Garrett, Pastor of Legacy Christian Church in Harrison, Ohio will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville, Indiana. Memorial donations may be directed to Cook Funeral Home to assit the family with expenses.Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers.
