William "Bill" Collins. of Brookville, Indiana, went to be with the Lord Saturday, February 4, 2012. He was 53 years old.He was born to William and Edith ( Sizemore ) Collins on January 29, 1959, in Connersville, Indiana. Bill was a graduate of Connersville High School and also attended Whitewater Technical Career Center with a degree in Machine Trades. He worked for Reliable Machine early in his career.He was employed with Cincinnati Incorporated in Harrison, Ohio as a CNC machinist for the last 25 years.Bill was an avid outdoors man, always known to be hunting, fishing, or just taking a long walk. He had a special place in his heart foranimals especially his Walker Coon dogs and enjoyed working on his family's farm. He spent many Wednesdays at White's flea market andenjoyed collecting antique glass. He made friends easily, loved totell stories and make jokes, and was always there to lend a helpinghand. He will be missed by his many friends that knew him over the years.Bill is survived by his wife, Sheila (Holbrook) Collins of Brookville. He is also survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Brittany and Alex Finch of San Diego, California, two step-daughters- Amber Barker (and husband Mark Barker) of Liberty, Indiana, and Kerry Garrett of Las Vegas, Nevada. His surviving family also includesthree sisters: Patricia ( Clyde ) Delph, Ruby ( David )Bean and Diana ( Melvin )Abercrombie all of Connersville, IN and a Brother: Anthony Ray Collins of Cincinnati, OH. Bill will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be madeto any organization that spends time, money, and effort to find thecure for cancer.Visitation will be held at Cook Funeral Home, 929 Main Street in Brookville from 5:00pmto 9:00 pm on Thursday February 9, 2012. Funeral services will beconducted Friday, February 10, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Funeral Home.
