William L. Stroud, 89, of Brookville, passed away at his residence on Sunday, March 4th, 2012.He was born October 3rd, 1922 to Hugh and Berdina (Anderson) Stroud in Indianapolis, Indiana.He was married to Joyce E. Waggoner who preceded him in death on January 27th, 2005.He was previously employed at West Vaco in Indianapolis where he worked in Sales and Management. He was a member of the Brookville United Methodist Church, the Franklin County Conservation Club, Member and supporter of Ducks Unlimited and former member of Toastmasters International.Survivors include: Sons- Kim (Marcia) Stroud of New Fairfield, Indiana, Mark Stroud of Brookville, Indiana, and Drew (Renee) Stroud of Indianapolis, Indiana., Grandchildren- Rickelle, Tyler, Quentin and Alex.He was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife, Sons- Robert and Rick Stroud.Services will be at the convenience of the Family.Donations may be made to Brookville United Methodist Church or Hospice of MMCH- Batesville.
