Devin Shoemaker is a Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer as well as a Licensed Preneed Advisor who has been serving families with compassion and dedication since joining the firm in 2017. After discovering that helping people through life's most difficult moments gave him his greatest sense of purpose, he pursued a career in funeral service and has remained committed to providing meaningful care and support ever since.
Devin earned his Bachelor of Mortuary Science degree from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, graduating cum laude in December 2024. He became a licensed funeral director and embalmer in September 2025. He views funeral service as more than a profession—it is a calling rooted in compassion, trust, and service.
Guided by a genuine desire to help others, Devin finds great fulfillment in supporting families through loss and helping them begin their journey toward healing.
Known for his down-to-earth nature, strong work ethic, and sincere care for others, Devin values the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he serves. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, taking on new projects and ventures, spending time with family and friends, and spoiling his two dogs, Chewy and Willow. Above all, he values family, community, and the relationships that make life meaningful.
